We were in the process of buying a new house and wanted new insurance because we were unhappy with our previous provider. We needed to get switched over in a short amount of time and a family member recommended McCartan Insurance Group so I called late on a Friday afternoon thinking I was going to get an answering service but Joel answered and asked me for some info and got me a quote by Sunday! I had a lot of questions and Joel was super responsive and so patient with me on every single phone call (and I called A LOT!). Not once did he ever make me feel like I was asking any dumb questions. He was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out all the different options for our home. Not only do they offer great rates but the customer service so far has been exceptional. I highly recommend them!

Joel and his team are fantastic. I have receive emails at 6pm and will find an email waiting for me in the morning when we bought our new car. Joel followed through and made sure we had the correct coverage with buying a new 2020. My wife and I appreciate Joel and his team!
