Nationwide Insurance has been outstanding, where this agency gets 5 stars is for the attention to detail they have taken to help with our products that Nationwide won’t write. Joel at McCartan Insurance Group has gone out of his way to ensure that we have the same level of protection extended to the items that Nationwide does not write. When we have had a claim he has followed up to ensure that everything is handled promptly and to our satisfaction. Whenever we have a question about coverage, I get an answer via email within hours. Joel also follows up for our annual “On Your Side” review. I would recommend this agency to anybody, they are a class act!
