I can say that every time I’ve had a question or concern my agent, Joel McCartan has been quick to respond with kindness, patience, and professionalism. My issues and questions are quickly addressed and resolved. The rate for my homeowner policy is better than what my mortgage company initially selected and Joel made it easy to switch. As long as the rates are reasonable I will stay with this company because of my agent’s outstanding service.
