Below are definitions for some of the insurance terms used in this site.

Accident Forgiveness A new at-fault accident on the policy will not increase your rate
(one every three years)
Diminishing Deductible Your deductible will be reduced by $100 per year for safe driving (up to $500).
This benefit begins when you enroll in the plan.
Full Coverage This provides physical coverage for your vehicle when you are at-fault in
an accident and provides coverage for hail, fire, theft, and deer claims.
Liability Only This provides coverage for physical damage and/or bodily injury costs you are
legally responsible for because of an auto accident.
Minor Violation Forgiveness A new minor violation/ticket per driver will not increase your rate
(one every three years)
Rental Reimbursement When there is a loss to your covered auto, you will be reimbursed for expenses
to rent a substitute auto within certain limits.
Road Side Assistance Basic Option - Towing up to 15 miles, fuel delivery, lockout, jump-starts, flat
tires and online membership discounts. These service apply while driving a
vehicle insured by us or as an occupant of someone else's vehicle.
Plus Option - Basic option plus towing up to 100 miles, trip interruption,
turn-by-turn directions, pre-trip map routing and emergency message relay.
Total Loss Deductible Waiver If your car is totaled in a covered loss, you will not be responsible for paying
your comprehensive or collision deductibles.
